I have made (two purchases) from "Entirely Pets" so far and I am so excited about finding this Pet Supply that I can't hardly contain myself, lol.

Their Customer Service is wonderful, kind, friendly, and considerate to your Pets needs and to your satisfaction! The major online company I used for years went downhill and was far more expensive than Entirely Pets.

I found Entirely Pets when I was trying to get my major online company to fax a much needed prescription that was a (prescriptioned drug) to my dog's vet and they kept telling me that they faxed it when in fact they did not, this went on for 8 days, I did a web search (thank's to my Vet's office).

I contacted Entirely Pets by phone and the Customer Rep. kept me on the phone while he faxed my RX to the Vet and before we hung up the phone the Vet's office recieved it at their office.
The Pet Medication arrived at my door 2 days later, that was my first order.

My second order was shipped to me in 1 day and I paid for standard shipping, WOW! I am so impressed with Entirely Pets, I will stay with them forever providing they have the same great service and prices they have now... :)

My dog has Addison's Disease and I belong to an Addison's Yahoo group that suggested several Pet Supply company's. I searched the internet for the best prices I could get on prescription drugs (veterinary) and they were and still are the best priced. I have also referred them back to several new members on my group to purchase their veterinary prescription drugs there. Their shipping is unbelievably fast - and I always try to get my order in before noon and it is shipped the same day.

I have also called and asked questions of their customer service and have always been treated extremely well and their customer service agents are very well versed in their products, shipments and always very helpful and pleasing over the phone also.

The best part is my veterinary medications are always over $100.00 and they have free shipping for those orders. I will also be ordering prescription heartworm, flea, tick topics from them, and I am sure I will receive the same wonderful, fast and efficient service.

Great site! We have three dogs, one big lab, and two little guys. Our vet's selling prices were a third more expensive for the Heartgard and Frontline meds our dogs take. The vet tried to talk us out of buying online. (We even had to sign a waiver, with lots of scarey possible facoids, and possible horrible outcomes, telling about a different and disreputable online company selling pet meds).
Of course! We all need to be Be a smart consumers--there are good and bad sites for everything on the web.
Entirelypets is a great site. It is not one of those fly-by-night scarey places. They carry a huge line for pets. They have a nice person who answered the phone promptly. (Our vet said he would not communicate with any online companies, but this was not a problem, as we just had to fax the required prescription to Entirelypets with the order number on it). Two days later we got a well packed UPS box with fresh USA meds, exactly as we ordered, and saved lots of money. And yes, there are cheaper sites, but they had horrible reviews. I didn't want to take the risk. I did my homework and bought from Entirelypets and saved a lot of money. I am totally pleased. I love these guys!

I have made MANY purchases from Entirely Pets. I research prices for everything and they are ALWAYS the cheapest. They have very low shipping rates and the longest it ever took to receive my order was 4 days! Its usually 2 days and that is with regular shipping NOT Express!! I cant even mail something across town and have it arrive that quick! They have never made an error! They have to have the most organized company anywhere to have that kind of speed and accuracy!

Long story short-anyone would be a fool not to order their pet meds from this company! They put all others to shame-including the one with all the TV commercials. Ive cut my med bill in half compared to my vets prices(I still love my vet )

I have used Entirely Pets several times over the last year. One of our dogs is on a prescription drug and Entirely Pets has the best price anywhere. I even told our Vet about Entirely Pets pricing and he said they were less expensive then his supplier. Also with the email coupons they send we save even more money.
Shipping is always faster than expected. I havent had to use their customer service department, but with the way everything else at Entirely Pets is done, Im sure they must be superior too. Our family of humans and animals would highly recommend this company.

My neighbor hooked me up to Entirely Pets (thank you Monika)after we purchased some banned Frontline from a seller that was importing them from out of the country cheap....I learned my lesson, and am, for the sake/safety and love of my little noodles... When I was told that my dog would need liver supplements everyday for the rest of his life due to cancer, I was dismayed because of the high cost involved. Seeking an alternative source, I discovered entirelypets on the internet and was thrilled.

The price for a 6-month supply of the Denosyl was amazingly low -- almost too good to be true, and half of what I would have paid at the vets office. When I called for more information on the company, the person I spoke with was very helpful, friendly and courteous. And the delivery time was amazingly fast.

I was very pleased with my experience with entirelypets and will certainly shop there again!

I have 3 pets that I love dearly and take very good care of. But, the costs associated with good health care for 3 senior pets can be a bit pricey. I had never ordered any medications and/or products for them over the internet and believe me I shopped, and read just about everything available, but I was still skeptical. The prescription I ordered was priced lower at EntirelyPets.com than any of the pet sites that you see advertised on TV. Probably because they are NOT advertising on TV and this is what keeps the cost down. Shipping was very fast. The timing for this turned out to be perfect. We just took our cats to the Vet yesterday and as we were checking out at the desk she showed up with a 16 oz. bottle of Dermazole. She told the clerk that we would also be needing some more shampoo and that it would be $84.60. I said, Oh no, we dont get it here anymore. You wont believe it, but I just bought two 16 oz. bottles of Dermazole from EntirelyPets.com for $58 which included the costs of Priority shipping. Then I told her, I dont know if they give volume discounts to Vets that place large orders but even if they dont it would be worth your while to go online right now and check them out.

With that she snatched up the bottle, turned on her heel and walked away without saying a word. When we were outside I told my wife I thought that I upset someone. She replied, I think you need to find us a new Vet. I told her that if we were even half as happy with the new Vet as I am with EntirelyPets.com then everything will be just fine.

Wow, by far the best price compared to other online vendors! Prices are approximately 35% less than what I was going to pay if I ordered at another company!

Within a few days (much sooner than I was anticipating), a package arrived in the mail. I was so surprised since the company was going to have to contact our vet to confirm the prescription?!!! Great price and great service...what a winning combination!

Money is very tight in our household due to other family expenses. I love my dogs more than the average person. I have to give one of them an enzyme additive to her food. EntirelyPets.com makes this possible with their pricing. Since your site said 4-7 days for shipping I did not expect my order to arrive until next week. My 11 year old Cocker Spaniel can only have the Cosequin DS for her arthritis because of its ingredients since she overcame Acute Auto Immune Lymphomatic Leukemia exactly 2 years ago. She cannot use less expensive joint meds due to her condition. I did check with several pet med sites to price compare since 120 Cosequin DS capsules cost $83 at our vet & I knew I could do better. One site which claimed to be a discount site actually cost more than obtaining the med from the vet! With your phenominal sale price I got 250 Cosequin DS for $79.99 ($83.84 with shipping). this is more than double the 120 from my vet for the same price. Needless to say since I was just downsized from my job & out of work this thrilled me to no end. Regardless of what I have to give up, I will not let my beloved Lahaina suffer since I have known all too well the pain of rheumatoid arthritis for 30 years since my early 20's.

I am able to purchase my pets medication for about half what my vet charges. My veterinarian recommended that I go on-line to see about purchasing Synovi-MSM powder for my German Shepherd. Entirely Pets sells all FDA/EPA approved name brand products for the absolute best prices, with an unneeded competitor match guarantee. Products are available in large quanity sizes for additional savings, and discounts and promotions are commonly offered. The catalogue is comprehensive and includes narritive information. I have never needed customer service, but the website states customer service is available and they fill prescriptions as well. Internet ordering is 128 bit encripted and simple, with all payment options including American Express. There is no sales tax for my state. Shipping is effecient and cheap ($4.45 per order and free over $100), and deliveries to my west coast state arrive several days after order. I buy as many supplies as possible from this merchant.

Folks, Heres the deal! I have spent WAY TOO MUCH for my Schnauzers meds, Heartguard and Frontline for TOO long! When I found Entirely Pets and then compared their prices with 800-PETMEDS, I was shocked to find how much cheaper they were! I had already been shocked initially by how much more money was paying at the vet as compared with shopping on line.

The only leg work that you have to do when getting prescriptions filled through Entirely Pets is that you have to fill out their form (that you print out from their website), and then you have to get a paper script from your vet. You have to fill out the info and attach this script to the form, and then fax it in to them. This was a small amount of work for the savings received. Now, my prescriptions for Bruno are in their system, and I can just have them call my vet for refills, It was so worth it, and I feel that I have saved roughly $50 as compared with buying the medications through my vet! Take the time to save the bucks!

I had to call customer service once to ask a question during my introductory mission, and they were wonderful and very helpful! They processed my order efficiently, and I received all my meds in a timely matter!

I am very pleased with the products, and service of Entirely Pets. Their shipping is so fast, I order a product on a Friday afternoon, and a couple of days later I have it. The prices are great, and the products are top notch also. Just as a side note for those of you who may be skeptical of supplements for your pets joints and hips. I bought Joint Max triple strength chewable tablets for my dog who is 11 years old, and he was having some difficulty getting up in the mornings due to some arthritis in his hips so I put him on Joint Max, and about 2 months afterwards my dog acts like a puppy , he gets right up each day, he wants to run out in the yard, and plays like he did when he was a pup. You would never think its the same dog, so do your pet a favor if it has health concerns such as arthritis and try a supplement from Entirely Pets, Im so glad I did and so is my dog. Being a business owner, and dealing with the consumer in every facet of my business, I understand and appreciate the value importance of good customer service. If I could have rated Customer Service for entirelypets much higher than a 5, I certainly would. Ive had so many frustrating and horrible experiences with very poor customer service from so many internet companies, that it was a pleasure to see them help balance out those negative ones. Dont these other places get it? Here, I was made to feel valued as a customer, and the contact was always personal in nature, rather than the cold, robotic form-letter variety of so many others. Their communication was always right on subject, and didnt require several responses from me before they knew what I was saying. Also, every communication from me was acknowledged by them with a personal response, even though not always required. I was kept informed constantly, I was notified very promptly if they were waiting for information from me - I really felt that these people cared about my $58 purchase. It was a thouroughly enjoyable process And, to also get great prices was the cherry on the ice cream sundae.

I have 8 cats and a dog. Frontline Plus is the only thing that works and my vet wants a front and hind paw to buy from her. I shopped all over and this was the best price. It took only two days from order to receiving. And they threw in a free package of catnip! I reorder from this merchant next month! And the month after that, and the month after that etc. etc. etc.

I found entirelypets to have the lowest pricing and the delivery was just a matter of days before it was at my door. I certainly would use them again and have wiped my addressbook clean of all the other pet websites. I shopped several sites comparable to EntirelyPets and found that EntirelyPets had the best prices by far. Ordering was a snap and shipping was lightning quick. I ordered a large number of items and received my order complete. Nothing was missing. The shipment was packaged to prevent damage and I received my order in the time promised.

This merchant is wonderful I have bought several hundreds of dollars in merchandise for my dogs. I cant beat the prices on items such as, K-9 Advantix. I love receiving my coupon offers. I dealt with another online line merchant before ENTIRELYPETS. I will never do that again. I had to contact customer service about one of my pet meds and I recieved a quick and fast response. They deserve a 10 star rating. I will recommed them to anyone who wants reasonably priced merchandise.....

I love Entirelypets! The price of their prescription heartworm/flea meds is the cheapest I have found anywhere, and their free shipping if you spend $100 is a wonderful deal. I get coupons from them via email, and they let me combine my coupon with the free shipping offer, which was great. Not a lot of merchants are willing to combine offers that way, so I really appreciate the fact that they did.

The only suggestion I have is that I did write a question in the comments field of my order, and no one got back to me regarding that question. They did send me a separate email noting a problem with my order, but it would have been nice if someone had responded to my question. Overall, though, this was a very small issue.

I will continue to order my dogs prescription heartworm/flea medicine from Entirelypets, and I will continue to recommend them every chance I get.

I was at first skeptical ordering from EntirelyPets. Their prices just seemed too good, and I didnt know anyone who had ordered from them. I decided to check them out at the BBB, and they had a reliable standing, so I decided to go ahead with my purchase. I placed the order on a Monday afternoon, and part of my order required a prescription for my dogs heartworm medicine, of which they contacted my veterinarian to obtain. I was very pleased to find a box on my doorstep by Friday afternoon., What incredible customer service and speed! In 4 short days I had the items I had ordered!! I will definitely be ordering from them again. Ive already been recommending them to everyone I know.

If I could rate my experience any higher on EntirelyPets I would. It was great! I needed a refill on a critical liver supplement. It was half the price of my vets office, for a dollar more I got the order in three days (I had one tablet left), and was emailed as soon as they received the order telling when it would ship. I just searched the product by name and their search engine took me right to it. Considering the 10 miles each way to the vet for any refills I need Im getting all my meds thru EntirelyPets. Im even going to see how I can get the pets Rxs thru EntirelyPets.

I initially ordered this merchandise through another company because of their price although I have ordered from Entirely Pets many times in the past. 1 week after ordering from the other company I still did not know if or when my order would arrive. I cancelled that order and ordered with Entirely Pets. As I finished my order I saw they will match other companies prices which they did. I ordered Wednesday afternoon, received the email the order was sent Wednesday night and received the order Friday afternoon. I learned my lesson, stick with companies whos name means something to them as Entirely Pets obviously is such a company.

I was delighted with the service I received. The product I ordered was needed badly as soon as possible but I ordered it regular shipping. I ordered it on a Friday and received it on the next Monday and it had traveled quite a distance. Very, very happy with this company and intend to use them again for the same product and also for a product that I normally order from another firm with which I have done business for years. I found out that a specific (expensive) medication that my bitch needs for the rest of her life is approximately $11.00 cheaper including shipping. I cant say enough positive things.

I order large quantities of Frontline for my rescue group. The last time, I ordered from a different vendor because they were having a sale. That order took over 2 weeks to arrive. Both of our cats are on daily medications for the rest of thier lives which can get expensive. One cat is on twice daily Enisyl-F oral paste which comes 4 tubes in a box. My vet was selling it for about $37 a box. Entirely Pets price for the same item, from the same manufacturer is about $18 a box! What a savings! We also buy Greenies and pill pockets from them, at substantial savings over the local pet stores and internet pet sites. Our order is processed the day we place it online and usually receive our shipment in one day! I tell all of my friends about them! We will never shop anywhere else! I really like Entirely pets. I have only had one problem in the many, many purchases from this company. I receieved the wrong size feed bowl. They immediately shipped the replacement and was willing to pay return shipping. The replacement was again the wrong product. As it turned out, the item description didnt match the product on the web page. They were very couteous and apologetic. They said to keep the 4 pint size bowls at no charge and they would refund me. I plan on giving them to the local animal shelter as they are a great bowl...just not as big as I needed. For some reason, the shipping is taking longer than when I first began shopping with them last year. I used to get in 2-3 days, and now its more like a week but that still above average.. I will always shop Entirely Pets before looking elsewhere. I even recommended to all the staff at my vets office because I like them so much. Great customer service.

I purchased a large size Canine cooler for my 1 year old German Shepherd who was recently diagnosed with hip dysplasia. I got the exact same product as on the manufacturers website for roughly HALF the price! It even shipped directly from the manufacturer, and was in perfect, brand new condition. My dog is in heaven. We live in Texas where it is unbearably hot 8 months out of the year, and this Canine cooler bed keeps her cool and is GREAT for easing pressure on her joints and especially her bad hips. I would tell anyone with an older or arthritic animal to purchase the canine cooler from THIS MERCHANT. You will not get a better price elsewhere, and your dog will love you for it! My young dog used to hurl herself down on my hardwood floors to lay near me. Her joints wouldnt allow her to ease down. Now, she prefers to lay on the canine cooler rather than be near me! I will admit to being wary about ordering from a new company online but you had the absolute best prices on the two specific items I needed so I gave it a try and placed my first order with your company.

I placed the order on Saturday and received it TODAY, the following Monday. Even with the upgraded shipping I'm still amazed that it arrived sooo quickly! AND the shipping WITH the upgrade was less than $5!!!!!

This is the second time I have ordered from entirelypets.com

I was extremely impressed with my first experience with this company and was not let down when I ordered from them the second time. I placed my first order of heartworm medicine on a Sunday night and was shocked when I received the free shipment via snail mail on that Tuesday morning. I have PAID for shipping with other companies in the past and had to wait almost 2 weeks for my packages. Although my second shipment from entirelypets took 4 days this still far exceeded my previous shipping experiences. I was also impressed with the per order shipping fees instead of the usual per item shipping fees.

I also appreciated the ease of being able to scan my heartworm prescriptions and send them via email. This policy alone would make me use this company again. Also,I found the updates on my packages shipping status very helpful, and once received, both of my orders were correct and packaged appropriately. Lastly, but certainly not least, the initial reason I chose this company was their very competitive prices.
