  • Conditions Treated

    • For use in dogs with KCS, or dry eye
    • For use in dogs with CSK
    • Not for use in cats
    • Use exactly as directed by your veterinarian

  • Dosing

    • Dosing for ointment is ¼ inch strip applied to eyelids every 12 hours
    • Dogs with CSK or KCS will likely require lifelong therapy
    • Follow the instructions given by your veterinarian

  • Administration

    • Wash hands prior to administering the eye ointment
    • Apply a ¼ inch strip of the ointment into the lower eyelid
    • Do not touch tube opening, keep tube properly capped when not in use
    • Use exactly as directed by your veterinarian

  • Side Effects

    • Some burning, redness, tearing, discharge, pain, itching, stinging, or blurring of vision may occur
    • Serious side effects are unexpected and most side effects will be manifestations of KCS and CSK not effectively treated by the ointment
    • Talk to your veterinarian if side effects persist or seem unusual
