My 15 year old kitty has kidney failure and this is the only vitamin he will take. It has made a big difference in his life. He is chipper and eats his food when I put the Pet Tinic drops on it.
FINALLY FOUND IT by Ragdoll01/11/2014
This is the first time we have been able to find this product in years. We previously used it on all our cats, including one seriously cat with a prognosis of living only six months. That cat lived another 4.5 years, and I gave him this product on a daily basis. I now give it to all three of our cats, all of whom have multiple allergies. Their coats have greatly improved, and they all love the taste.

Pet-tinic is not a cure-all but it's a great help and does work. Don't expect miracles but if you pet has low HCT this is a great supplement. I've used for about a month and have seen results.

I have used Pet Tinic on my toy dogs for many years, and I always am amazed at the difference in their vigor. Sometimes I have given it to animals that were ill and it seemed to turn the tide for the positive.
Excellent product by kagzigian from Silver Spring, MD01/22/2012
My 14 month sheltie Piper has stage 2 renal disease. Her activity level after 1 week on the Pet-Tinic has dramatically increased. I am very thankful that my vet recommended this product. Her sub-Q fluids were washing out her B vitamins and this product has restored these vital supplements.

PET TINIC by Bobby from New York, NY11/19/2010
It is weird that "Pet-Tinic " is under fire. I have been giving my Sheltie this product all of her life for 8 years. She gets only 1/8th of a teaspoon in the morning mixed with about let's say an inch of bannana for potassium. This helps bone structure, especially in a dogs senior years. Arthrtitis is something I am going all out to avoid. Just the other day she went in for her annual bloodwork and is fine and she is in perfect health. Just don't over do it. Once a day according to weight. Seems people might not be following directions. And as for corn syrup and other addivites like lead, What are we eating and drinking? It goes both ways and I back this product 100%
Super product by Calvin11/05/2011
My cat is 17, and I think giving him Pet-Tinic vitamins has contributed to his longevity. I would recommend it to any pet owner.
Hard to Find Item by Susu06/11/2012
Pet Tinic was recommend by my Vet and is hard to find if I do not buy from him. I have a tiny dog who is a finicky eater and since she will not eat dog food she needs a vitamin suplement added to the home cooked organic food I prepare for her.
FINALLY FOUND LARGER SIZE by Ragdoll01/11/2014
I have previously used this product with great results and an thrilled to find this larger size so I can refill the smaller dropper bottle. See my review of the product under the smaller size.
Life Saver by Penne from Lincoln,RI01/25/2012
The best vitamin supplement for dogs with liver issues.Pet tinic was a lifesaver for my sheepdog.
She has been on this for the past 3 years.
Life Saver by Pervis from Point Pleasant, WVa.03/26/2013
My vet prescribed this product for our 2 Himalayan cats, one male & one female. They are both over 15yrs old. The male cat quit eating, and shortly after the female. The vet prescribed this product to spur their appetite. I fed them this supplement and they both started eating again. The female, I still put it on her food. She used to be a finnicky
eater and now she can't get enough. She is an entirely new cat now, she looks healthier and her coat was ragged looking. She is 18yrs old.
Excellent Product, Good Price by SLG from Ardsley, NY03/27/2012
This product was recommended by my vet for my aging cat, and it makes a huge difference. You can literally feel the difference in his coat when he takes these vitamins! I mix them into his food - he did not like the taste on its own, although I've heard some cats do. The price on the site is much better than at the vet, and the vitamins are worth it! They also help extend my cat's life - he would not be alive if it were not for the extra nutrients he gets here. Nearly 18 years old!
good product good price by irviingsmon12/13/2011
Excellent product. My cat prefers this brand to another similar product. The price is less expensive than at my vet's office.
Great support for elderly cat by Mrsleepy from Asheville, NC02/11/2012
My 18 1/2 year old cat has had kidney failure for over two years, this keeps her iron levels up, and she has not been anemic since she started this product. She also uses Epakitin, which is essential for her condition.
Great for puppies by Reagan's mommy03/03/2013
I bought this for my puppy that had demodex. I wanted to help build her immune system up. She liked the taste and it helped her to have the vitamins.
Pet-Tinic for pills by Bev03/12/2012
I have a little dog that has to take medications twice a day. We were having a hard time getting her to take them. I figured out that if I crushed the pills and put them in a syringe with Pet-Tinic they would be easier to give her the meds. It has worked because the taste is not that bad and she will let me give her medication. The shipment came very fast and was very well packed.
Ironwork fantastic by ssong from Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi-do, Rep. of KOREA04/12/2014
Amazing ~! This product is also recommended. My dog is 19 years old. I've found that it took chronic renal failure three months ago. It took in chronic renal failure, it took badly anemia. It purchased the recommendation of a friend, but Pet-Tinic, taste is good, vitamin B and iron has been mixed together. If renal failure occurs, vitamin B are going to fall out in the urine, I would recommend Pet-Tinic your dog is suffering from anemia.
Great product for anemia by Sandi from APPLE VALLEY, CA06/30/2013
I bought Pet-Tinic for my corgi due to his anemia - after one month, he is no longer anemic. This product was recommended by my veterinarian.
Haven't noticed any difference yet by Cathy C from Southeast Missouri05/27/2013
I read many reviews before purchasing Pet-Tinic, hoping that I would experience some of the same positive results with my two Shih Tzus. So far I haven't noticed anything at all, positive or negative. I'm not giving up yet, though I'm beginning to have doubts. I had such high hopes.
good supplement by jscats from Long Island, NY05/14/2013
I have used this for years for cats with various ailments. Most recently my 14 year old boy showed signs of anemia, and after 2 weeks new blood work came out fine - used with kidney patient along with other supps, and find it helpful to keep the older ones going a bit longer with better quality of life, unless there is a reason to avoid extra iron. Use only 1 ml per day with most so very cost effective.
Product saved two of our cats lives. by Pervis63 from Point Pleasant, West Virginia01/05/2013
My veternarian prescribed this product for our 15 year old male Himilayan. He wouldn't eat and had a virus also. The vet said he could live off this product and that it would bring his appetite back. It did bring his appitite back and he got over the virus and even though he lost a little weight he is good as new now. We also have a female Himilayan 18-19 years old. She went thru the same thing the male cat did and I started her on it and she is doing just fine, I put a few drops on her wet food and is eating like a kitten now. I highly recommend this product!
I paid $18.00 for 1 and a half ounce bottle. Thru Entirely pets I purchassed a 4 ounce bottle for $22.00 shipped to the house.
Great Vitamins by Roxy from Atlanta, GA05/10/2012
Most recommended by other rescuers! Do not overdose! Add to food, not alone. Very rich. Not all cats like it. I put it in stinky fish cat food to stimulate interest.
great product by Myrtle05/23/2009
I have used this product and my cats have liked it a lot. I used it with a kitty who had FIV and he loved it..it helped him get stronger. I also used it with other cats, so far I have not had a cat who did not like it.

vital vitamins by pug pal from California03/05/2013
One of my pugs has protein-losing enteropathy, and her vet recommended Pet-Tinic as part of her treatment. She has been taking it twice a day for more than three years and is doing very well--thank goodness!
great supplement for Felv positive cats by Kayenne11/18/2011
this supplement is great for maintaining the health of my Felv positive girls. It provides iron for RBC health and B vitamins etc. When compared to other vitamin supplements it is concentrated enough to only require a ml. per dose rather than 2.5 ml, for other similar vitamin supplements.
fantastic vitamin supplement. by catlady from Enid, OK02/19/2013
I really can't say enough about Pet-Tinic. My 17 year old dog was on it the last year of her life. But is also great when I have a weak kitten born. One small drop and a few drops of milk and it has saved a few kittens.
This product has been around for many years and it's hard to find, but after over 30 years of experience with cats, I believe this is the best. It holds together on your finger and cats actually like the taste, most of the time licking it from your finger so you don't have to smear it on their nose.
Never Received Product by Jacquie from Wisconsin12/30/2012

Invaluable product for animals with colon disease by customer01/14/2013
My cat was diagnosed with colon issues at the age of 7. (obstipation, similar to mega-colon etc) She passed away at the age of 22 1/2. She was on a medical regime of 1" ribbon of Lax'aire daily for 15 1/2 years in addition to other meds. Unlike other animal hairball remedies/laxatives, Lax'aire is a smooth, palatable product not sticky or tacky. I was able to easily squeeze the product in her mouth daily. I would highly recommend it. The only reason why I gave the rating 4 stars instead of 5 was due to the fact that the Pharmaceutical company switched manufactures in early 2011 and the manufacturer's facility was not ready leaving the product unavailable for production for several months. Unable to get the product, I had to use other brands that didn't work putting and elderly cat in a vulnerable position. She lasted a month without lax'aire. Although she was old, there are many other cats on this same regime of lax'aire, Cisapride and lactulose. Having access to a drug that works is invaluable and drug companies should consider the importance of this issue when they are awarded the rights to it's formulation.
My cats love Lax'aire by lillys mama09/03/2013
I have 3 cats and they all just love this product. I give them a little bit every day, and they actually beg for it.
Lax'aire rocks! by Ladygu306/12/2011
This was (is)the BEST stuff ever for my cat who has
bowel elimination problems. Paid the Vet many times and lots of $$$ to get a prescription for lactalose. This product is far far superior, and I don't have to fight with the cat to take it!!! Too bad the Veterinarians banded together to get Pfisner to take this off the market. The Vets want only themselves to sell it at I am sure a big mark up in price.....
by from 03/07/2011
Our cats fight over who will get the LAX aire first; and it is taken so quickly it's amusing. Our 15 year old has no problems in the liter box thanks to LAX aire. We recommend LAX aire to anyone with cats and dogs.

Lax'aire... The best hairball remedy ever... by Debbie05/17/2014
I was happy to find it here at "Entirely Pets" at a very reasonable price! I tried a different brand but my girls wouldn't touch it even mixing it in with their food. With Lax'aire they will lick it right off my finger. The results are better too. A lot less hairball pick up around the house.
Hair Balls by Di from Maplewood, MN03/12/2012
This product is excellent!! Our 3 cats love it and hope they continue to make it. Not smelly and partially hard like the product at the pet store. First bought this at the vet for twice the price. Will buy this again and again.

Good buy, cats like taste! by lafinmt from Montana05/28/2014
I have used Lax-aire for years and my cats all like it. Most will suck it right out of the tube. Those that won't, I just fill a needle-less siringe and shoot it into their mouth.

My Cat loves Laxaire! It keeps him healthy. by Carol Foster from Las Vegas, NV12/17/2012
My cat has colitis, and uses Laxaire everyday to move his bowls. He loves the taste, and he knows it helps him. Without it he is a sick baby.
I recommend it for all cats, and dogs. Brittney the cat does too! Please visit his blog if you have time. He has his own autobiography, see what Brittney the Cat is up too.

Old Cat Loves It by wyogal from Cedaredge, CO01/01/2013
I have a cat that suffers from not enough liquid in her colon, forcing us to use something to soften her stools so that she doesn't get constipated all the time. This works great mixed with a little canned food. She loves the extra "treat".
Lax-aire by FK from Chicago, IL01/23/2012
This is the only lubricating and anti-constipation product my cats like. They lick it off my finger like it's a treat. It helps prevent hairballs and constipation. Lax-aire was unavailable for about a year, so I tried most of the competitors but my cats hated all them. I hope this product stays on the market forever.
Lax'aire by RH10/20/2013
This has proved to work best for our cats. They like the taste and the texture is much smoother than others. A little each week has helped keep hairballs to a minimum!

Best Hairball medicine by no nickname08/06/2013
This product works really well and both my cats really like it. They think it is a treat and would eat the whole tube if I let them. I put it on my finger and they lick it off. (I would not stick it on their nose like some people tell you - that annoys my cats anyway). I have tried almost every other hairball product on the market and they don't like or absolutely will not eat the other products.

We are very pleased with your product, Lax'Aire.. My cat was throwing up badly from hair build- up in her digestive system. 5 times in one day does NOT get it. I brushed her many times each day to no avail. Tried Lax-'Aire and she has stopped throwing up. She really likes the taste too. Just put the prescribed amount on my finger and she licks it off!! Thanks for a product that you don't have to force upon your pet!

Good product by catman from Miami, FL10/29/2013
My 18-year-old cat has digestion issues frequently. He swallows a lot of hair due to his fastidious grooming routine. This behaviour leads to vomiting bouts every other day. To soothe his digestive tract, I put a dab of Lax'aire on the tip of my finger and he'll lick it fast as he loves the taste. He is then fine for two days and then the same scenario repeats itself. This product helps his condition quite a bit.
