After working through a UTI with my young Porti, I am hoping this will help avoid them in the future. So far, so good.
difficult to split tablet
by AZ Counselor
Based on other reviews, I assume the product helps prevent UTIs but my dog is only 9 lbs. and it was impossible to split the tablets in half as per the dosage. I am returning them and getting the chews so I can more easily give the correct dosage.

very good product has helped lesson uti in my 11 year old dachshund.
Great tasting... effective prevention of UTI...
will continue purchasing this product for my 10 year old whippet.
We have a 11 year old female beagle mix who has had a persistant bladder infection. We have just completed a 6 week course of antibiotics and have been supplementing with the Cranberry D-Mannose ( the recommendation of the ultra-sound specialist).
With most tablets, pills, etc, we have to get creative but this supplement she takes without hesitation. We are hopeful that this is our long term answer.
Great for UTI prone dogs

Been using this for numerous years with all my females. Used to have UTI issues with a couple of them but have not had any in the last 3 years or so.
Well worth the money.
Cranberry D-Mannose - Cats Say Yummm
My two cats took right away to the Cranberry D-Mannose tablets; they actually think it's a treat! Half a tablet every morning with their breakfast. They actually eat the tablet before the food - that's how good it is. If your cat(s) suffer from urinary tract problems, try Cranberry D-Mannose.
Helpful for urinary problems
My veterinarian recommended Cranberry D-mannose Urinary Tract Support for my aged Miniature Pinscher who has kidney and bladder issues. My dog eats the tablets readily and I don't have to wrap them to make them palatable. The Cranberry seems to be helping the dog, who is now 16 years old.
Gracie Jayne Dunn

Gracie, my 8 year old Mini Schnauzer, had an embolism 2 years ago in her hind quarters. The vet said we would most likely have to put her down due to poor quality of life. We never even considered this option. Instead, we took her home, educated ourselves and went to work. Through physical therapy, manipulation, diet and lots of love and encouragement she is thriving, even running and able to urinate on her own again. The embolism caused damage to her bladder so I bought this product at the recommendation of a friend and love it. Gracie has been on several expensive, chemical based products for bladder infections and they were not improving her condition. Since starting D-Mannose the ecoli has lessened, thus reducing inflammation in her bladder, thereby the necessity for antibiotics and chemicals is now almost obsolete. It's still early, but after 3 weeks she has shown vast improvement. I couldn't be happier with this product.

My little rescue dog had a bladder infection. Frequent urinating and bleeding. Antibiotics didn't help (I don't like to use them anyways, if I can avoid it). After two days of the Cranberry D-Mannose, she was fine and it's been a month with no recurrence. Good stuff!

My grey tabby, Itty, has chronic bladder infections. He's on specialized food and we watch him like a hawk. My sister suggested I try Cranberry D-Mannose so I purchased some from this site. The day it arrived (SUPER fast shipping, btw) I found some blood in Itty's urine. Since we are WAY out in the middle of nowhere, and it was a Friday, I couldn't get into a Vet until Monday. I immediately gave Itty half a pill. I broke it in chunks and put it with a small amount of food, and he gobbled it down. I monitored him closely, and gave him a daily dose, and on Monday, the Vet gave him a clean bill of health! I've started giving this to our other cat, and my female Sheltie (who occasionally has a bladder infection. I actually came on this site today to order MORE! I highly recommend this product! and this website for buying it.

This was the first pill my owner did not have to shove down my throat, it was really yummy!
This product finally cured my dog of a chronic urinary track infection she had been fighting for almost 6 months! Multiple doses of antibiotics had a short term effect, D-Mannose did the trick.

LOVE IT!!! NO MORE UTI's. NO MORE EXPENSIVE VET BILLS
so far so good
dogs like them. no upset stomach from them. easy to chew.
Substitute for Crananidin
Ordered this because Crananidin wasn't available. Tablet is much larger than Crananidin and hard to fit in the hot dog I have to put it in as my dog refuses to chew the tablet by itself. Hopefully the effects are the same as Crananidin but no way to tell. At least it is much cheaper.
Couldn't ask for better...

Hi. I was taking my female Pomeranian to the vet every few months for a bladder infection. I'm not sure if it ever cleared up for very long. I bought a fake grass pad so she could go inside anytime, but she won't use it. The Cranberry D-Mannose worked within a few days. She isn't cleaning herself all the time and she doesn't have to go every couple of hours. I am very happy my baby feels better!
My manchester terrier had issues with her urinary tract and this product was very helpful along with a prescription my vet gave her.

My Vet recommended this to me after my female Havenese got a urinary tract infection. I've been buying it ever since and Gracie hasn't had another infection in over 3 yrs. Coincidence? I think not!!
I love this product.
Eliminated UTI in my dog
from New York, NY09/26/2013
My dog suffered with re-occurring UTI. I read that this product would help. The cranberry d-mannose has eliminated any uti for almost a year. The product was delivered quickly.
Best product ever. My German Shepherd was having recurring UTIs and was incontinent since she was spayed. The vet put her on antibiotics and a pill for incontinence. Blood in her urine off and on. I saw Dog Whisperer and he recommended this product for these problems and to keep stones from forming. No UTIs since and now instead of 3 a day I give her two just to keep her bladder free from stones. Thank you for such a great product!!! I would recommend this to a friend
So far the product is working great and we have no UTI's.
No more trips to the vet!

After two rounds of antibiotics for a urinary tract infection D- Mannose seems to be keeping my beagle symptom free. She takes it like a treat before breakfast and never had a problem gobbling it down. I always try and find a natural supplement for preventitive health an this has been the answer for us. I recommended this to a friend and he has also had success with this doberman that had reoccurring bladder infections.
Have been using this product for our female cat with urinary tract issues. At first she was not interested in eating it straight from the bottle. We smeared a little of her favorite wet food on the 1/2 tablet dose and she ate it that way. After doing that awhile, we tried it again straight from the bottle and she now eats it straight like a treat. So far, she has not had another UTI since using this - sure hope these results continue.
love the product
Had an ongoing uti problem with our 4 month old lab. antibiotics not working at all. Tried the cranberry d-mannose tabs and problem disapppeared. She will be receiving them daily from here on out. thank you entirely pets
Keeps UTI under control
My 8 y/o Border Collie developed a UTI one Saturday when we noticed she peed bloody urine on the kitchen floor. A quick trip to the Emergency vet had her on a 10-day course of antibiotics. Three days after finishing the Clindamycin she was peeing blood again. This happened on the weekend, so another trip to the Emergency vet. This time they did Culture and Sensitivity, put her on Clavamox for 14 days, which again resolved the issue. Since I was told that e-coli was found in the culture and I was worried that once off the antibiotics she would start with the bloody urine, I did reaserch and read about the Cranberry D-Mannose and ordered it. She has been off the antibiotics and on just the Cranberry D-Mannose for 2 months now with no problems. I put one tablet on top of her dry kibble each morning and she eats it right up. After $800 in vet bills for the 2 trips plus the additional antibiotics and another U/A after she finished her last dosing, I feel prevention is far cheaper and more sensible than waiting for the e-coli to rear up again. I am very pleased with this product.
D-Mannose and Natural Pet UTI liquid
from Fort Lauderdale, Florida10/15/2013
See other review....best combination for UTI in cats when antibiotics have failed. Add Uromaxx as a backup. Although D-Mannose should be given while the infection is present, I'm going to continue past a clear urinalysis to be sure.
THe product seems to be working since my female dog has not had another UTI. She liked the chewable only the first few days, now I need to coat them with peanut butter so she will eat it. I wish she would still love them. That would be so much easier to give it to her.:)
Waste of $

I have 7 cats, and not a single one of them will eat it.
This product seems to working well. Sofi has not had any more UTI's since we started using it. Also tastes good enough that it has become her bedtime treat instead of a bisquit.

My English Bulldog was born with Spina Bififda. As a result he is incontinent and in diapers. Because of this he is very susceptible to getting bladder infections. I have been giving this to him everyday for over a year and I believe it has helped keep him bacteria free.

This is a great product if your pet suffers from urinary tract infections! My lab had repeat infections until I put her on this. No more urinary problems!
Helps urinary health
Our vet recommended this product after our Westie suffered several urinary tract infections. This is the exact product we purchased at the vet. We have been giving our dog one tablet a day. She has not had an infection since. This product is much less expensive from Entirely Pets than the vet's office!
I have a 15 pound dog that has had bladder stone surgery Feb. 2103. The say that once they have had them they can come back. I have been giving her 1/2 tablet per day,she love's them. At her last check in Nov. she is still clear. Of bladder salts. I believe D-Mannose works.
Trying a new product for our dog that is cheaper than what we have been buying per tablet. Only surprise was the size of the tablets themselves which are easily twice as big as the other product we have used, Cranadin. Need to cut the tablets into 1/4's for our dog as the tablet is too big to leave whole in her meal.. Wish they could make the tablet's smaller, particularly in thickness to about 1/2 the thickness and slightly smaller in diameter. Not sure that is possible.
Returned Product, No Refund
I purchased this for my cat who underwent emergency bladder surgery last June & has been in & out of the vet hospital since then because of recurrent bacteria in her bladder. I thought this product would help but her vet advised me not to give it to her for fear that it would increase the acidity in her bladder so I returned the product the day after I received it - unopened, in it's original packaging. It's been almost a month & I STILL haven't been refunded. I've contacted customer service & they assured me that the refund would be in my account within 4-7 business days...now I've got to contact my bank to dispute the charge - just for $23, RIDICULOUS. I will NEVER order from this company again.
