For use as a supplementary dietary source of the lipotropic factors: choline, methionine and inositol in dogs.

Dosage: As an aid in the prevention of dietary deficiencies, give one tablet daily for each 10 kilograms (22 pounds) of body weight. As an aid in the correction of dietary deficiencies, give one tablet daily for each 5 kilograms (11 pounds) of body weight. In severe cases, increase the dosage level, preferably by giving twice daily. Individualize the dose according to the extent and degree of liver degeneration, age and condition of the animal being treated.
Administration: Lipo-Form tablets may be fed free choice, from the hand, or may be crumbled and mixed into pet’s food. For additional flavor release, moisten before offering to the pet.
Each Scored Tablet Contains: Choline 25 mg (equivalent to choline dihydrogen citrate 305 mg) DL-Methionine 100 mg Inositol 25 mg Vitamin E 10 IU Vitamin B12 3.50 mcg Niacin 10.00 mg Thiamine mononitrate 0.10 mg Riboflavin 0.22 mg Pantothenic acid 0.25 mg Pyridoxine hydrochloride 0.11 mg Folic acid 22.00 mcg HOW SUPPLIED: Bottles of 50 and 500 tablets
Caution: Avoid prolonged excessive dosage administration. In rare cases animals may experience gastrointestinal irritation. In the event of stomach upset, administer tablets during or after feeding.

Great price, took a little longer than I thought it would. I had to call and see what was going on, found out the warehouse had been out, but then got them at the end of the week.
