CET HEXtra Chews Medium (30 Chews)

The bag says for dogs 11 Ibs and over but my dog is 15 Ibs and couldn't handle it. She just got her teeth cleaned due to a tooth extraction and there was already plaque build-up so that's why I bought it. She went crazy for it but the pieces were too big for her little teeth to chew and swallow. When she tried a huge thing of mucus came out and I had to take it out of her mouth and throw it away. Maybe it's good for bigger sized dogs who can chew thru and eat. The smaller sized sticks seem to work better since she can easily chew in seconds and digest.

well they are good for my dog and the order was not the same like my last order why. I wanting the frist ones I orders and I will keep those CET this time But when I order I want the same ones like frist Order ok thank you. They're generally cut thicker now and they've been on somebody's shelves too long.

My dogs find the CET dental chews very tasty and look forward to having them as a daily treat. And a big plus they help keep their teeth clean.

I bought these for a friend who just adopted a 6 year old dog. The dog loves them, but my friend is concerned because they are beefhide and half way through he tries to swallow a good sized piece (like a person with a tootsie pop, you can't keep licking them, you gotta bite into them...) That is a choking concern for my friend. So, we may try the veggie ones and see if there is the same issue.

my vet said she'd never guess my dog's age from his teeth and he is six and a half. I've been buying these for my dog for several years because he doesn't choke on them or swallow them whole, he doesn't puke them up later and he has great breath after he chews them. My vet's comments at his last exam were just icing on the cake.

My dogs love these chews and they not only keep teeth clean (in conjunction with brushing still), but they reduce all the redness and inflammation in gums after a couple chews. Very impressive! Dogs love them. They are much cheaper here than at the vets.

My dog loves CET chews with Chlorhexidine and I have the comfort of knowing she can digest them easily. Great product!

These chews are great for dog's teeth - they hlep maintain healthy gums and are great for plaque removal.

This product is pretty good, My dogs both like it and it seems to be working on them so far. The chews do have an odor to them but it is not too bad. I will purchase more once my dogs finish up the two packs that I bought.

Maggie loves those chews. Not only does it help improve her teeth and breath, she loves them like they were potato chips - can't just eat one.

Size of chews are not uniform. Also, thickness varies.

After using the CET HEXtra chews, my vet said our dogs teeth and gums were improved! Actually, does prevent tarter and gum disease.

My boys (both wheaton terrier mix from the same litter) have a terrible time with red gums and tarter. 3 weeks after their dental cleaning, the red's back. No more! They have one of these each day plus 6 Science Diet t/d large kibbles. It's been 6 months since their last dental and there is no red and no bad breath! It's amazing!!!

The CET Hextra chews are fabulous for a number of reasons, 1st the dogs love them, 2nd they REALLY do clean their teeth, 3 they are alot less expensive than a dental cleaning & the dogs don't have to take an induced nap to have their teeth cleaned, 4 the dogs love them, 5 they get 1 every time I leave home, 6 they don't miss me when I'm gone as they are enjoying their dental treat!!

My puppy LOVES these. I hope these help him keep his teeth clean. His mom has terrible breath and usually has a tooth removed every year at her dental. Hopefully she can benefit from these too except that she likes to hide them rather than chew them. It's really good for keeping puppies busy for a while and helping them deal with their crate time when we have to be gone from the home.

My 3 dogs just love them. Never had any digestion problems from them eating these on daily basis. They eat at least 4 each a day and no weight gain. Great for teeth and breathe.

To a human the CET chews look like any other chew but to my 2 little guys, they are better than crack cocaine! I am told they are very good for their teeth but I will not share that information with the dogs for fear they will figure it out and reject them. I give them each one a day and I think it is the highlight of their day.

LOVE being able to provide dental care along with a rawhide treat for my dogs. Purchased first at my vet's office but able to really save money by buying here. My dachsunds get them every day as a part of their dental health regimen.

My two dogs love these!! I've been giving them these treats for at least a year, and they NEVER tire of them. They just got back from the vet, and once again, he said that their teeth are in great shape - even my 8 year old's! Also, even though they are large dogs (55 lbs and 80 lbs) they like the "medium" size. May want to try different sizes to figure out which one your dogs like the most.

I've used the CETs for a few years. I have two miniature schnauzers. The breed is known for having a lot of tarter on their teeth. Mine love the CETs and they really help with the tarter. My vet recommended them and I've told my friends about them. And Entirely Pets has them for a great price instead of buying from the vets!

I've used the Hextra CETs for quite some time, originally purchasing the packages at my vets. When I found them at Entirely Pets, the price was so much better that I can purchase several pkgs. at a time. The dogs love them and it really helps with keeping the tartar build-up to a minimum.

I have two Jack Russells they each get one medium chew a day. It has not helped their teeth but they seem to like them and its cheaper than purchasing them from the vet.

Ms.Josie our beagle, really loves this product, She has been having 1 every evening for a snack after her dinner. for at least 2 years.We cut them in half so they last longer. They are great for keeping the tarter down on her teeth, which cuts down on the dental visits.

Vet recommended these for my little dogs to help with dental care. They do work but you have to watch them as they get really soft after being chewed and the dogs swallow them and have choked a bit.

If my 4 dogs could write this review, they would give 10 stars, no question. They love them so much they beg me for them every night between 6:00 and 7:00 PM. However, the size of the chews, which are supposed to be medium, are consistently totally inconsistent. Some are so small, my dogs beg me for another. So that bag of 30 disappears quickly. So I give them 2 stars for value for your money.
