Denestra should be administered on an empty stomach, one hour before or two hours after a meal (overnight fast is preferred). Do not cut or crush tablets. Storage:
Store in a cool dry place. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Keep tablets in their original blister pack until used. Tablets are sensitive to moisture and extreme heat.

I AM SO HAPPY THAT ONE OF YOUR REPS SUGGESTED I TRY DENESTRA FOR MY SHIH TZU'S LIVER PROBLEM. This is working. I'll find out today for sure when my Penny gets her levels checked again, but it seems to be doing a great job! She feels a lot better & is playing around more.

Our little dog had meningitis as a result of heartworm. He has to be on prednisone for probably the rest of his life. I worried about his liver and doctors couldn't tell me what I should give Jake for liver support. I went on-line to Entirelypets.com and looked under "liver support". With the advice of a customer service rep., I purchased Denestra and Marin. Within a few days after dosing Jake, he began feeling and acting like his young self again.
