Useful Information
Make a partial water change be made between treatments. The duration of treatment will depend on type and severity of infection, it is recommended that extended medication baths continue for at least 5 days but no more than 10 days. If no improvement within 5 days, discontinue treatment. Change 20% of water and use charcoal filter until clear.

It seems pricey for fish antibiotic, but with a huge tank with hundreds of $ in fish, I thought it was worth a shot. It's worked well! I am seeing the fish improving and only lost one fish. I still have a few more doses to go, but the improvement is awesome.
