Might as well spry my most expensive cologne
July 6, 2020
I wasn't aware the diffuser covered a small area of 700 sq ft. That's the size of a closet. I also ordered the spray thinking I could use it on her favorite sleeping places. I did that and after the first time, she found new places to sleep.

Stuff works great!
October 2, 2017
We have the sweetest kitty but she is so nervous and does not like going to the vet. This spray calms her down and lets her relax and not be so stressed about day to day life. Using it in the cat carrier for the vet helps!

Great!!!

This works. I sprayed all my cats beds , tree house and her crate. My cat does not like to travel in her crate to the vets so I am hoping this will help. I noticed her being calmer @ home but have not traveled to vets since then but looking forward to her next vet trip in a month or so.

Helpful product for kitties
June 3, 2017
Helps calm kitties when anxious (for example when going to vet or when there is something going on that disturbs them, such as having lots of family/friends over). My Vet even uses it in her office! Discourages scratching & climbing when applied to those locations. You do need to reapply as spray application will only last 3-4 hours. If you need constant coverage the diffuser may be better for you. However I am using as training aide so kittens learn where they are not allowed to climb or scratch. I find it most helpful & recommend highly.

Very calming for my kitten
January 5, 2017
Simon had to go to the vet. He isn't overly stimulated but the vet sprayed a little of the Feliway on his blanket in the crate and let it dry somewhat. We put him in the crate and by the time I got him to the car he was more calm and not crying so loudly. We use this at our animal shelter for overstim cats and it does work well.

Stress Free Ride
March 31, 2016
Feliway spray is just what our feline needed to ease her anxiousness when going to the vets. She doesn't care for riding in the car, but a spray on the towel in the bottom of her carrier and she is as calm as can be. And we are both stress free.

Great for traveling
March 16, 2016
I bought this spray on the recommendation of my vet .I have an older cat that has never really been out of the house much..we needed to start traveling with him but he gets very upset in the car .we just spray a few sprays in his carrier and after about ten minutes he calms down and goes to sleep or just relaxes .This stuff works great for us and it lasts for many hours.

Liked the Non Pump Bottle Better
March 9, 2016
Feliway is a miracle drug in all respects. Plug in keeps my cats from annoying each other all night so I can sleep.Sprayed into the carrier before a trip to the Vets works wonders. Techs always remark how calm my cat seems, we are at Vets about every 2 months, he has issues.I do like the metal aerosol spray better, I think it's easier to use. But something is much better than using nothing.

not always effective
October 24, 2015
I was satisfied that the spray seems to work on some of the cats--keeping behavior such as scratching or digging in plants--to a minimum but another cat decided the counter was her litter pan and regularly urinates on it--no matter if the diffuser is right there plus I have applied more spray to the surface--so it is not effective for all cats...sorry...

Great product
August 9, 2015
I was not aware that anything like this Feliway spray existed until I was at my vets with one of my cats. I was having some issues about one of the cats not using the litter box all the time. My vet told me about this Feliway spray and I bought some and it seems to work and has a calming effect on my 5 cats. Then I found out I could buy it for less through Entirely Pets than at my vet, so you will have a customer for life.

A Must for Visitors
June 10, 2015
The vet made a visit to my house recently to check on my skittish cats. I used Feliway Spray to neutralize the pet odors on the vet's clothes and to calm my nervous cats. The appointment went very smoothly for the cats and me!

Neurotic Behavior Reduced
May 27, 2015
My cat suffers from anxiety to the point she ate about 1" of her tail. She now must take Prozac once daily to combat those tendencies. Spraying Feliway, especially when I am gone for several days, helps maintain her emotional balance.

Feliway Spray works on furniture
May 21, 2015
We have 3 cats that when stressed at times used to mark on our furniture. We finally gave in and got new furniture (not leather). We did not want a repeat of what had happened and started using the Feliway spray and so far we have about 1 year into the new furniture and 3 times that they have marked even a small amount.

Travel Cat
January 16, 2015
My 12 year old cat, Rudy, has never before been able to travel in the car without stress. He was never violent, but stressed enough to have blood in his urine. After spraying Feliway on his halter and on my lap, he has traveled several times over 80 miles at one stretch without stress. I also sprayed all over my friend's home where we stayed with great success. He became very comfortable in her home for a 5 day stay. Feliway has allowed me to travel for more than 3 days at a time for the first time since I've had my cat because I can finally take him with me!! Thank you to makers of Feliway!!!

I have a cat that bullies the smaller cat(both Male & neutered). There is no territorial marking involved. The aggressive cats hits and "wrestles' the littler one, but it is not play. The little guy is always "on guard". I want a spray to stop this behavior. I have used various flower essence with no success. I have used the Nurture Clam 24/7 collar BUT I hate collars on cats. I am afraid of them not being safe. Please recommend a product that is specific for this Bully behavior. Thank You

While Feliway is definitely an excellent option for your cats, it can also be helpful to reduce competition between them by providing separate resources for each cat. This means, if you are not already doing so, to provide feeding and water bowls in separate locations so that each cat has their own designated safe space. It may also be useful to provide separate litter boxes and perches or scratch posts, anything to reduce competition between the two cats. You should also reward positive behavior, providing a treat for each cat when they interact in a friendly manner. You can try using this treat to both calm your cat and to reward them for friendly behavior: http://www.entirelypets.com/vetri-science-composurecats.html

My domestic shorthair neutered male wants to pee on my recliner. Can I use the Feliway Spray on my recliner even on old sent marking smells?
1 Answer
I would recommend using Urinase Odor & Eliminator instead. Feliway spray can help calm cats and reduce marking- but if your cat already has it's scent on an object- you will need to remove that scent first. Urinase solutions are available at the link below: http://www.entirelypets.com/urinasestain.html
