Higgins InTune is the extruded nutrition that brings science and nature in tune with your pet bird's well being. inTune does not contain artificial preservatives or flavors. inTune uses colors sourced from seeds, spices and vegetables for natural, subtle colors. The tropical aroma you'll notice as soon as you open the bag is derived from real banana, pineapple and citrus.
Balancing these natural aspects, inTune has added vitamins, minerals and amino acids. Our antioxidant formula contains balanced omega-3 & 6 fatty acids along with stabilized Vitamin C and Vitamin E to support the immune system. Fruits, vegetables and highly cooked grains are added to support the digestion of carbohydrates. Protected probiotics (microencapsulation of the probiotic bacteria) are added to promote the delivery of active, beneficial bacteria to the intestinal tract, in order to support digestive health.

Useful Information
inTune is formulated as a complete and balanced food to be fed free-choice to your pet birds. Birds can consume as much as 20% of their body weight per day so make sure plenty of inTune is provided and is fresh every day. Provide plenty of clean water daily. No supplements are necessary and are not recommended. If fruits, nuts or other foods are provided, make sure inTune is at least 90% of the overall diet by weight. This will help ensure your pet bird will get the vitamins, minerals and other nutrients necessary for good health.
