Conditions
- For the prevention and treatment of flea and tick infestations
- Only for use in dogs and puppies over 7 weeks of age
- Only for dogs weighing at least 4 pounds

Dosing
- Minimum dosage of 1.14 mg/lb (2.5 mg/kg)
- Dosing varies by weight with four doses for dogs 4-10 lbs, 10.1-24 lbs, 24.1-60 lbs, and 60.1-121.0 lbs
- For dogs weighing over 121 lbs, combine different chews to meet appropriate dosage

Administration
- Administer chew orally once per month at the minimum dosage
- Can be administered with or without food
- If vomiting occurs within two hours of administration- administer another full dose
- If a dose is missed- administer as soon as possible and resume normal monthly dosing

Side Effects
- Vomiting may result as use of NexGard- but is generally self-limiting
- Dry skin, diarrhea, lethargy, and lack of appetite may occur
- There are no contraindications for the use of NexGard
