I was applying first treatment on my dog today and couldn't get the cap to work. I am not a dumb person l read and reread directions on how to open and apply. Trying to open is crazy, pushing and turn counter clockwise sounds no big deal but it wouldn't open l pushed and turned nothing so l called customer service at Prevea and he said maybe a defect so then l called Entirely Pets told them and she read directions to me and l informed her that's what I had been doing so she said she was going to talk to someone else and "promised" to call back, no call so l took pin and made a hole so l could apply. Her problem was l had ordered 5/13/2025 but l went ahead and finished what l had before opening this or trying to. So customer service wasn't helpful, could barely hear or understand her, also not sure if this will always happen to open.
