Prestige 3 Equine Vaccine is a trusted veterinary vaccine formulated to protect horses from three life-threatening diseases: Eastern Equine Encephalomyelitis (EEE), Western Equine Encephalomyelitis (WEE), and Tetanus. Proper handling and administration are key to effective protection.

Administration Guidelines

1. Consult a Veterinarian: Always consult with a licensed equine veterinarian to determine appropriate vaccination timing, especially for foals, pregnant mares, or horses with prior medical issues.
2. Storage: Keep the vaccine refrigerated between 35°F–45°F (2°C–7°C). Do not freeze. Protect from light and use the full contents once opened.
3. Dosage and Administration:
   • Administer 1 mL intramuscularly using aseptic technique.
   • For initial vaccination, give a second 1 mL dose 3–4 weeks later.
   • Revaccinate annually or as directed by your veterinarian.
4. Injection Site: Use a large muscle (typically the neck). Ensure clean handling and a sterile syringe.
5. Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records including date, dosage, lot number, injection site, and the horse's response.
6. Post-Vaccination Monitoring: Monitor for side effects such as mild swelling, low-grade fever, or stiffness. Severe reactions are rare but should be reported to your vet immediately.
7. Safety Precautions:
