Using the dual action of Fipronil and Etofenprox, Spectra Sure will effectively break the flea life cycle by eliminating pests on cats quickly and effectively. This formula will kill adult fleas and ticks in as quickly as 1 hour after application. Not only effective against fleas, Spectra Sure also controls mites, ticks and chewing lice.
The importance of controlling pests goes beyond relieving a nuisance, it may also help to prevent infections. Mites may cause sarcoptic mange, while ticks have been linked to the transmission of Lyme disease. Fleas may also be a source of flea allergy dermatitis.
Spectra Sure is safe to use on kittens over 12 weeks of age. This resilient formula remains effective after bathing and exposure to water and sunlight.

Ingredients
Fipronil seeps into the cells of adult fleas and ticks and blocks chlorine molecules from passing through. This causes paralysis of the insect leads to its death, and can be spread from one to another.
(S)-MethopreneMethoprene kills flea eggs and larvae by interrupting normal levels of growth hormone which prevents juvenile fleas from growing and molting.

Hazards to Humans
Harmful if swallowed. Causes eye irritation. Avoid contact with skin, eyes or clothing. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water after handling and before eating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco or using the toilet.
Harmful to Domestic Animals
For external use only. Do not use on kittens under 8 weeks of age. Individual sensitivities, while rare, may occur after using any pesticide product. Some cats may experience temporary startle effects when any product is applied. Cats may experience some temporary irritation at the site of product application. If signs persist, or become more severe within a few days of application, consult a veterinarian immediately. If your cat has an unusual reaction to the initial application, consult a veterinarian before repeating treatment. Certain medications can interact with pesticides. Consult a veterinarian before using on medicated, debilitated or aged cats.
Useful Information
1. Remove product tubes from the package.
2. Separate one tube from the others. Holding the tube with notched end pointing up and away from the face and body, cut off the narrow end at the notches with scissors.
1. Invert tube over dog and use open end to part dog's hair.
2. Apply contents of one tube of Spectra Sure IGR as a spot between the shoulder blades. Squeeze tube firmly to apply all of the solution to the cat's skin.

Use Spectra Sure IGR monthly for complete control of flea, ticks and chewing lice infestations. Studies show that Spectra Sure IGR kills adult fleas for up to 6 weeks. Apply monthly if your cat is at high risk for flea reinfestation. Apply monthly to control ticks and chewing lice. Spectra Sure IGR remains effective, even after bathing, water immersion, or exposure to sunlight. Allow treated area to dry thoroughly. Do not reapply for 30 days.
