But after that, once it got into the USPS hands, all bets are off. The product arrive 3 days later than the expected arrival date, and the plastic tub was crushed beyond use. Luckily I still had the old one and could use that. The product inside was fine (lucky they are "soft" chews) and we're using them now.
So to sum up: Entirely Pets and Chondroflex - great product & great vendor. USPS for shipping - not the best choice
