I did not like it ... the pieces have a a strong smell and my cat is not so excited about eating it ....
Should give it to him with something else tasty.
For results that are supposed to achieve - I could not give regularly to decide.

I give my cat 1 daily. He sits by the cabinet where I keep them until he gets it. He has no problem chewing it. He is a large cat though but has had teeth extracted in the past so I was surprised he had no problem.

One friend's dog is given hard treats and they make its teeth clean.

Too big and too hard for cats to handle. They'd attempt and just drop the pieces. (cats range from age 1-3 yrs of age) When cut into quaters, there is some success, but other brands of oral care treats are better accepted. Also, Science Hill Oral Care dry food good as treats.

I find this to be helpful in keeping down my cats' tartar. They also like it, so I don't need to wrestle with them to eat it (like I wrestled with them in my attempts to brush their teeth.) My only issue is that the pieces are pretty big. This is no problem for one of my cats. The other one refuses to chew something big, so I have to cut it in half for him. (He chews the 2 halfs just fine.)
