Great waterer for cats and small dogs

It isnt exactly what I thought. I thought the water was going to come up a little bit, lika a small pond fountain, but it simply bubbles from the bottom. But I do really like it, and so do the cats. I really like how easy it is to refill, although the lid doesn't seal well and therefore leaks some when turned over to place back onto base.
