Every day millions of pet owners are faced with the task of medicating their pets. How many ways have you tried to trick your pet into taking medication?

Like most pet owners you've poked them down, ground them up, hidden them in any number of unhealthy foods and pleaded with your pet to swallow its medication, only to have your pet spit it out, eat everything but the medication, drool and foam at the mouth, and resist you, tooth and claw! Now there is a better way. Pill Pockets? are healthy treats with a patented pocket to safely conceal the medicine - it's as simple as that.

Cat Didn't Cotton to Them
At the beginning, it was great, but after a short while my cat decided she would not eat the pill pockets. We are now giving the pills in real tuna :)

my cat would not eat these with or without a pill
Unfortunately, my finicky cat would not eat this even when I tried to give it to her without a pill in it. :(

many problems solved
Have used these for years, except those years when the taste got really bad. Now they are good again. Easy to divide to administer smaller pills, stops a scratchy pill from lodging in throat, and best of all, the pocket helps me to know if they manage to push it out of their mouth or not with their tongue. Many uses.

I am glad I decided to try these
My poor cat has advanced heart disease and because of this require 5 pills a day. I was trying to drop these in her mouth one or two at a time sometimes with success other times needed to repeat it over and over. Then I purchased these pill pockets, best thing I could have done.
I now stuff all 3 pills in the pocket in the a.m. and squash it all together so they all stay enclosed and she gobbles it up in seconds. Less stress for me and she feel she is getting a nice treat. She now comes when she hears the package rustle. Phew! Do yourself a favor and buy these to pill you cat.

Greenies Pill Pockets
Greenies Pill Pockets (in any flavor) work great. Our cats like the flavors and the pill is easily concealed in these pockets allowing the cat to eat it without rejecting it.

Fantastic Product
I have to give my 19 year old cat Thyroid and BP meds twice daily. She thinks that she gets 2 treats a day and gobbles it right up. No fuss, no mess.

Glad I decided to try these!
My Vet had suggested using pill pockets for my cat. She was taking her pills okay, but as time went on she was getting better and better at dropping them back out onto the floor. Once I started using these she not only takes her pills in a snap she actually comes to me when she hears the packet of pill pockets being opened. Do yourself a favor and buy these.

Tough Sell to my Kitty
To get my cat used to Pill Pockets I fed him one or two empty, as a treat, then filled a couple with a bit of meat. Those were eaten right away. Had to cut the tapeworm pill in half as Pockets are way too small to fit the the whole thing; pinched them shut carefully so as not to "contaminate" them with pill smell but they were still a way more difficult sell. He ate one half the same day; the other half pill sat around for days so I'm hoping the cumulative effect is to get rid of the worms. The product is a great idea for cats that gobble down food but not so much for a careful eater.

Good, but not Great
My cats love them and would eat the entire bag. However, the pouch is not quite big enough for most pills and they seem to crumble when trying to pinch the top shut. Have to really work with each one to get the crumbs around the pill enough to fool them. They're smart enough to know that, if they detect and spit the pill out, they'll get another treat. :) They just need to make these a little bit bigger and gooier for them to be perfect, but at least they WORK!

The easiest way to get a pill in a cat
This product has made my life much easier. My cat needs to take a pill twice a day. Before I learned about pill pockets, getting the meds in her was quite difficult and not always successful. Now, however, because she really likes the chicken flavored pocket and views it as a treat, she gets her meds more regularly and with far less trauma for both of us.

My dog likes the flavor. I use Greenies everyday. My dog likes variety, so I use other flavors to mix it up for her.

Great for medicating ferals
I use these to give pills to the barn cats and the ferals that would not be able to get their medications any other way. They eat it immediately so I know that they have ingested the pills. Works great!

For some, not others
My cat is on thyroid medicine, so my friend recommended using these because that's what she pills her cat with and has success. No way, wouldn't touch the pill pocket with the pill inside no matter what.

So, Gerber Baby food age 2, chicken, which has no onion is what I pill my pets with.

These work great!
Pill Pockets have changed my relationship with my cat, who needs a pill twice daily and was becoming frustrated with the pilling process. He loves Pill Pockets, and I can just tuck the little morsel in with his canned food and 85% of the time he gobbles it right down. Now and then I have to salvage the forgotten little pill and do things the old fashioned way :-) but rarely! I buy a 6-month supply at a time, we are hooked.

Chicken is best, they are soft and easy to roll closed.

Helpful with Medications
This products works well if you have to give your kitty daily pills. Make sure to keep package sealed up tight, if pills get stale they don't work as well. Follow instructions on inserting the pill into the pocket. I use a pointed spoon and never touch the pill.

These are a blessing
I have one cat that eats these and giving her small pills is much easier now. She'll still spit out the pill if it is too big, so I'll break in into smaller pieces and give her two treats.

Easist way to give your cats pills!
I have to give my one kitty 3 pills a day. Using the pill pockets is the best way to give cats pills. You simply put the pills in the pockets and squish the treat around the pill, so easy! My cat takes it right out of my hand!! This was the best invention ever!!

Fantastic Product
I had to give my cat pills for quite a while, and hiding them in a Greenies pill pocket was the only way she would take them. As a matter of fact, it was the first thing she wanted every morning. When she was finished with her medication, she still looked for the pill pocket each morning, so she still gets one every morning as a treat!
