One-step topical water-based Vetericyn VF HydroGel spray that cleans wounds, treats and kills bacteria including antibiotic-resistant MRSA. Use to treat topical and wounds, hot spots, rain rot, outer ear, yeast and rashes. This steroid-free, antibiotic-free, no-rinse solution is non-toxic and speeds healing. HydroGel is designed to slowly evaporate, there is no need to wipe away film or residue from previous applications. Vetericyn VF HydroGel kills antibiotic-resistant strains of bacteria as well as fungi, viruses and spores. Tests free for competitive animals.

This steroid-free, antibiotic-free, no-rinse solution is non-toxic and speeds healing. Made with Microcyn® Technology, Vetericyn Universal HydroGel Spray Gel utilizes the same FDA-cleared formula that has been used to treat over one million humans worldwide without a single serious adverse effect. This revolutionary antimicrobial wound treatment kills antibiotic-resistant strains of bacteria as well as fungi, viruses and spores. An oxychlorine compound similar to that produced by the animal’s own immune system, Vetericyn VF HydroGel will not harm healthy tissue. Being pH neutral, it should not sting when applied.

Ingredients: Oxidized Water, Sodium Hypochlorite (NaOCl), Hypochlorous Acid (HOCl), and Sodium Chloride (NaCl).

Directions for use: Move excess hair from wound area. Clip if necessary. Adjust spray nozzle. Apply Vetericyn VF HydroGel liberally on the wound to clean, treat infections and promote healing. If dressing is required, apply Vetericyn VF HydroGel liberally to dressing. Apply dressing to wound. Repeat as many times a day as necessary until wound is healed. No rinsing necessary. Skin may “pinken” after application due to increased blood flow to wound site which will help speed healing.

Indications: Indicated for the management of traumatic wounds, cuts, abrasions, skin irritations, post-surgical incisions and burns. Safe for use around eyes, mouth and nose.

Vetericyn Universal HydroGel Spray Gel

I bought 2 of these and paid $36, equivalent S$50 for shipping. Although it is not cheap, it is all worth it as the gel really healed my dog's rashness and the bite spots.

One of the best products for getting rid of the hot spots my Lab gets every summer. Couldn't live without it! She chews and chews on herself until she's raw. I put Vetericyn on her and the rawness is gone in 24 hrs.

This stuff works! Apply preferably to the shaved area and in only a few applications your pet will be on the mend. Does not dry or irritate the skin so that biting/licking will cease almost immediately. Best product I have ever used. Well worth the money!

Great Product

My horse has occasional issues with fungus, sometimes little spots of mud fever -- as soon as I detect a spot, I put this product on it. A few applications and the issue is resolved. Prefer the gel because it adheres/stays where you spray it.
Pricey perhaps but worth it.

I own a pet resort and we are constantly using this on dogs. We lately used it in a cocker spaniels ears, that had cronic ears, and his pain was tremendous, used it for a month while owner was away and the dog had a new lease on life..started playing and not biting during his grooming. I also use it on all sores and hot spots....LOVE this stuff!!

Cooling and Comforting Reduces Redness Blood

Love to spray this on dogs boob area, feet, butt end, paws. Wet conditions in yard produce too much yeast, bacteria on dogs skin. I appreciate this product since it has a theory to evaporate moisture instead of creating more moisture. Which helps better then the other products I have tried. I usually try products with Ketoconazole in it.
Product doesn't spook dog and doesn't burn skin. Used for one week so far.
Even tried on my skin. It is not too sticky or does it leave a lasting residue or stain. So far I have purchase five bottles. Its worth it.The Long trigger spray is the easy one.
